Day 1: Thrilling Adventures on Water and Trails

Morning: White Water Rafting on the Youghiogheny River

Start your Ohiopyle adventure with an adrenaline rush by embarking on a white water rafting trip on the Youghiogheny River. The river offers various levels of rapids, making it suitable for both beginners and experienced rafters. If you are wanting to experience white water rafting with your family or looking for a milder experience, you will want to book an excursion on the Middle Yough.  This section of the river offers class I – II rapids which means a little splashy water but no large rapids.  If you are looking for a thrilling adventure, book on the Lower Yough.  Here you will experience class III – III + rapids.  We highly recommend booking through Wilderness Voyagers.   They provided a great experience!
